Reyes Holdings, a global leader in the production and distribution of food and beverage products, opened a state-of-the-art distribution center in West Dundee, Illinois, in November 2023. This 250,000-square-foot facility supports the delivery of 17 million cases annually to the northern, northwestern, and western suburbs of Chicagoland, employing a team of 430 people.

Designed with both functionality and sustainability in mind, the West Dundee facility features modern amenities, including a spacious warehouse, office spaces, conference rooms, a training room, and Tiger Joe’s pub for employee gatherings. Sustainability is a core focus, as this site is the first solar-powered facility for the Reyes Family of Businesses in Illinois. The building also includes energy-efficient lighting, water-saving fixtures, native landscaping, and optimized HVAC systems.

Sterling Structural provided cross-laminated timber (CLT) and glulam to the construction of this project, adding sustainable structural elements to the design. This facility is one of many Reyes Family of Businesses locations in the Chicago area, and the local team is excited to build a long-term presence in the community.
