Sterling provided the structural CLT floor deck for a 510-square-foot interior mezzanine in an office renovation for a St. Paul, MN-based general contractor. The panels were installed by Ben Quie & Sons in their own office as part of a whole-building renovation. Exposing the timber mezzanine on the underside shows the customer’s dedication to tradition and craftsmanship while embracing modern materials.
