A great example of the versatility of CLT, this project involved replacing the existing 7,055-square-foot roof of the Quincy YMCA natatorium. The new 3-ply Southern Pine CLT panels integrated seamlessly with the existing structure of steel columns and glulam beams. In collaboration with Fischer Builders, our team designed with tolerances for the existing conditions and successfully delivered the project from kickoff to installation in just eight weeks.
