Sterling worked with Jeremy Nabholz of Nabholz Construction for a personal project near Little Rock, Arkansas. The innovative treehouse design used Southern pine CLT panels with exposed wood grain in the floor and ceiling surfaces to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, as well as inventive structural decisions such as crane booms as columns.
